If the market is fluctuating heavily, we will notify you with the knowledge we have before we begin, and as we proceed.
Depending on the product you choose, each warrantee will differ based on manufacture guarantee.

Over 20+ years as a Journeyman Carpenter, sharing knowledge, expertise and insights into the construction field spanning multiple generations, a well-known and trusted Contractor in the Okanagan Valley.
We take all things in stride. Mainly, open communication and up-to-date information on the building materials, permits, and hours of construction will be available to you with initial consult.

As this is a sole proprietorship, you will be in touch with the Project Manger, Troy Delaney. He will help you with any questions or design ideas you have to help create the renovations you desire.
Also, if you are looking to create a new build or large scale project, he will lead you to design experts and qualified architects to create your dream home, and guide you through the process seamlessly.
